I am an accomplished actor, prolific public speaker and wonderful workshop conductor from the state of Florida. I am professionally trained and experienced in acting and improv. In the past I have played Martin Luther King, Jr., Idi Amin, South African School Teacher, Old Man, Old Preacher, Psychiatrist, Thurgood Marshall and more.
I conducted workshops, seminars and speeches in the areas of Employee Recognition, Employee Engagement, C-Suite Communication and Management Responsibility.

Raymond D. Sweet in Film
I began my acting career at a very young age as most children did-in play. But through the years I knew that I had a different gift. Later I would realize that I was perfecting my instrument as I play. My favorite playtime characters were judge, teacher and preacher. I remember the times I was playing with my cousins and I was always asked to be the preacher. This was not by coincidence, but was by providence. Many of us spend years running from our dreams as we spend hours mocking those who chase their dreams. Well, I decided to be on the side of the chasers. I spent years running from myself and finally I decided I had enough. And said to myself why not me? Why can't I? Well, I cashed out the 401k and here I am. I have worked on and off in theatres since elementary school. I continue to act in feature films and television.

Raymond on Crew
Whatever the job is on set, on stage or behind the scenes in pre production I am ready to answer the call. You cannot find a more dedicated hard working film/entertainment crew professional. My years as a Recognition Professional trained me for the over 160 job titles on a film set, convention floor or entertainment stage. Raymond has also produced successful and high quality public access television programming(pre-production to post including editing). I have been involved in several productions in Tampa and Louisiana. I want to expand my experience beyond these markets and work all over the United States and abroad.
